DSC_9190  8x10Master Sergeant Guadalupe Rodriguezvaldez is assigned as Air Force Food & Beverage Manager, Headquarters Air Force Services Agency, San Antonio, Texas.  Sergeant Rodriguezvaldez is responsible for Air Force food management, policy, and procedures; working closely with Department of Defense, Headquarters USAF, Major Commands, other military services, government agencies, and civilian industries.  He provides technical direction and oversight for the Air Force Food & Beverage program that comprises 276 facilities and manages an operational budget of $300M. 

MSgt Rodriguezvaldez has worked in every facet of Services career field to include Fitness, Lodging, NCOIC Readiness & Training, Mortuary NCOIC, Training Manager, Exercise Evaluation Team Chief, NCOIC Community Center and ITT, and Fill-in First Sergeant.  His food service experiences include food service Accountant, Quality Assurance Evaluator, Dining Facility Manager, and NCOIC of Food Operations.  His assignments include Loring AFB, ME, Nellis AFB, NV, RAF Lakenheath, UK, and Tyndall AFB, FL.

His decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal with 1 oak leaf cluster, Army Commendation Medal, Air Force Achievement Medal with 4 oak leaf clusters, and the Air Force Recognition Ribbon as Air Force Services Senior NCO of the Year 2008.  Additional achievements include 3 MAJCOM General Curtis E. LeMay Awards, 4 MAJCOM Major General Eugene L. Eubank Awards, 2 Operational Readiness Inspection Top Performer, 2 Food Excellence Awards, and the coveted John L. Hennessy Award.
